Wine label and graphic identity for the vineyard Pauly in the Mosel Valley, Germany. Key words for this product are family, landscape, the Mosel, handmade and exclusive. These words set the tone for the graphic identity. When the bottle is standing, the label illustrates the landscape in the Mosel Valley, and when the bottle is turned horizontally three silhouettes appear. The punched out faces illustrate the three generations (grandfather, father and son), which run the vineyard Pauly. Because of the steep slopes in the Mosel Valley every single grape must be handpicked. Therefore it is important that the label has a hand made/exclusive feel to it.
